Mount Desert, Maine
Beech Hill publishes books of practical spiritual interest from all traditions, including books related to music and healing, as well as world-class poetry.
Beech Hill was originally established in 1975, when we began publishing scientific journals and articles. Shortly thereafter, Beech Hill began publishing books about New England and Mount Desert Island history, folklore and nature. The original Beech Hill Publishing Company ceased publishing in 1995 after Taylor and Francis group acquired the publishing rights to our flagship scientific journal, Experimental Aging Research, which is published to this day.
Beech Hill was re-incorporated in 2013. and currently maintains a special interest in publishing books related to the Fourth Way, particularly artists who wish to share their experiences with the Work, as well as artists who have sought out complementary and related traditions.
Additionally, we have an ongoing interest in the relationship between the arts and esoteric psychology, particularly music and dance.
